Is this you or anyone you know?

We are looking for people who have either purchased a new home (in a house and land package) in the last 12 months or so or are intending to purchase a house/land package in the next 6 months to take part in a focus group about house and land packages.

In either case this must be the second or third home that you have purchased and must be a new house and land package rather than buying an established house.

The focus group is up to 2 hours in duration and will be held at Milton on the evening of Thursday 26th August - you will receive $90 as a thank you for your participation.

Please be assured that we are not sellimg anything and there will be no follow-up of any kind. Its just research and most people enjoy it!

We are travelling around the country talking to people who are very seriously considering taking out a new home loan within the next 12 months for an owner occupied property. We are particularly interested in self-employed applicants and those who may find it harder to qualify for a home loan for any reason (eg unusual property type, recent changes in circumstances etc).
