Is this the weirdest children toy ever or maybe its just me

 

I came across this little game on the toy shelves in my local Target Store. For a mere $29 your children can experience the pleasure of feeding - pooping and then - scooping on behalf of your very own little plastic dog. WOOOF.

Is this valueable life experience for a child? or simply the most demented thing you have ever seen?
